About Our Services
Top Publishers provides independent professional services for authors, including editing, design, formatting, publication preparation, audiobook production, author websites, and book marketing support. Each project’s scope, price, schedule, and deliverables are defined in writing.
Independent Provider
Top Publishers is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any third-party retailer, distributor, publisher, or publishing platform. References to third-party services are descriptive only. Platform availability, acceptance, fees, policies, and account decisions are controlled solely by those third parties.
Client Accounts and Credentials
Clients create, own, and control their third-party publishing, retail, advertising, and payment accounts. We do not request or collect account passwords, one-time verification codes, banking login credentials, or similar authentication information.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and materials you have the right to use. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving manuscripts, designs, metadata, pricing, account settings, and final files before publication or distribution.
Ownership and Permissions
You retain ownership of original materials you provide. Unless the written agreement states otherwise, rights in final paid deliverables transfer to you after full payment. You are responsible for permissions for any third-party material supplied for the project.
Revisions and Change Requests
Included revisions are described in the written project scope. Requests that materially change the approved direction, add deliverables, or arrive after final approval may require a revised quote and schedule.
Fees and Timelines
Pricing and payment milestones are disclosed before work begins. Timelines depend on scope, client response times, revisions, and third-party processing. We will communicate material schedule changes.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee sales, bestseller status, rankings, reviews, media coverage, advertising performance, retailer acceptance, distribution approval, or any other commercial result.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the written terms of the relevant project.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Top Publishers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for third-party platform decisions. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
